This vibrant white wine originates from the Picpoul de Pinet appellation in the Languedoc, Southern France, specifically near the Thau lagoon. The wine is a single-varietal expression, crafted entirely from 100% Picpoul Blancgrapes, which thrive in the coastal, mineral-rich soils.
It displays a pale, brilliant yellow-green hue. The nose is highly aromatic, offering clean notes of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and sea spray. The palate is supremely dry, light, and crisp, driven by a refreshing high acidity and a pronounced minerality that leads to an invigorating, clean finish.
