You can place your order using any of the following methods:

 

Click and Collect (Plymouth Bottle Shop)

Collect your order directly from our Bottle Shop in Plymouth.

  • How to Use: Select the collection option at checkout when ordering online.
  • Ready for Collection: Orders are normally ready to collect within our opening times.
  • Need it quicker? Please call us on 07974 561919 and we will happily arrange a faster collection time for you.

 

Local Delivery (Plymouth and Totnes Area)

We offer a personal delivery service to the local area.

 

Plymouth & Totnes Centres

  • Postcodes Covered: PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4 (Plymouth) and TQ9 (Totnes).
  • Delivery Charge:
    • Free Delivery for orders over £50.
    • A charge of £2.50 applies for orders under £50.

 

Surrounding Areas

  • Postcodes Covered: PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL21, TQ1, TQ2, TQ3, TQ4, TQ5, TQ6, TQ7, TQ8, TQ10, TQ11, TQ12, TQ13, TQ14.
  • Delivery Charge:
    • Free Delivery for orders over £100.
    • A charge of £5 applies for orders under £100.

 

Local Delivery Times

  • Delivery Days: We currently deliver Wednesdays to Saturdays.
  • Cut Off Time: Please place your order by 3pm to receive it the following day or on one of our delivery days.
  • Confirmation: For an exact date and time, please call us on 07974 561919 after placing your order.

 

Receiving Your Local Delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
  • If no one is at home, your order will be left in a suitable place.
  • Please note: We are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen orders once delivery has been completed.

 

National Delivery (Outside Local Area)

For customers located outside of our local delivery postcodes, your order will be sent by overnight courier.

  • Delivery Charge:
    • Free Delivery for orders over £200.
    • A flat fee of £8.50 applies to orders below £200.

 

Tracking and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched by overnight courier and are usually delivered the following day between 8am and 6pm.
  • A tracking reference will be emailed to you shortly after dispatch so you can monitor your order on the day of delivery.

 

Receiving Your National Delivery

  • The couriers prefer if someone is available to accept the delivery.
  • If you will not be available, please provide clear instructions at checkout (e.g., leave with a neighbour or in a safe place).
  • We can also deliver to a work address if this is more convenient.
