No Refunds or Exchanges

Please note that, generally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases once they have been completed. All sales are considered final.

Exceptions for Faulty Wines and Damaged Deliveries

We want you to be entirely satisfied with the quality of our wines.

Faulty Wine: If you receive a bottle that is considered corked, oxidised, or otherwise "off" (bad) in condition, we will provide a full refund for that specific bottle. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a wine is faulty so we can evaluate the issue.

Damaged Delivery: If your delivery arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged items without any hassle. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away if any items are broken or damaged.

Refunds (for approved faulty wines)

Once we have agreed that a wine is faulty, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
