This beautifully pure white wine is produced by Bodegas Parra Jimenez in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia, Northwestern Spain. The Albariño is crafted from 100% Albariño grapes, farmed using meticulous biodynamic practices on the estate’s granite-based soils.
It displays a pale lemon hue with youthful green flashes. The nose is highly expressive, offering vibrant notes of lime zest, crisp green apple, white flowers, and distinct Atlantic salinity. The palate is dry, focused, and intensely refreshing, driven by high acidity and a clean minerality that captures the purity of the variety and its terroir.
