While many fruit gins rely on sugary syrups, Trevethan creates a bespoke essence of grapefruit and lychee to infuse their classic London Dry base, ensuring a sophisticated, dry profile.
Tasting notes: Lighter in juniper but still a classic gin at heart, a big hit of grapefruit in the middle with the sweetness of the Lychee lingering in the dry finish. Some fresh herbaceous notes developing towards the very end.
