Crafted at the Loveday Distillery in Falmouth, Cornwall, Kissing Gate Gin is a tribute to the English countryside. This spirit is distilled in small batches using a base of English grain spirit and Cornish spring water. It features a unique selection of fresh and foraged botanicals including honeyed gorse flowers, fragrant chamomile, and celery scented lovage.
The flavour profile is distinctly herbal and floral. It opens with bright notes of pine and citrus, followed by a mellow, grassy heart and a delicate hint of coconut. The finish is long and sweet with a characteristic touch of savoury lovage. For the perfect serve, pair this gin with premium tonic water and a slice of lemon or cucumber. It also performs exceptionally well in a Bee's Knees cocktail.
