Warm, soft, and rounded on the palate. Balanced in all its aspects.
The aromas are ethereal, of berries and cherries'.
Matching: It goes very well with meat, rice, pasta, cheese and vegetables. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C
This wine comes from Barbera grapes, a variety that in Piedmont has always played a significant role. For maximum respect of the intrinsic nature of the grapes, the winemaking takes place only in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation develops with indigenous yeasts of the land. To preserve the authenticity of the grapes, no sulphites are added.
Certifications: Certificate “Organic and Vegan” by BIOS; “Biodynamic” by AgriBioDinamica; “Organic” by USDA.
