A crystalline straw yellow with seductive golden reflections.
There are delicate scents of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus, cedar, apple.
On the palate stands out as a moderately soft, enticing structure and at the same time invigorated by an acidic vitality and a subtle flavour profile. A persistent finish with brackish nuances, well harmonized with the aromas.
A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC, obtained from a harvest of the first decade of September, strictly manual, from a certified organic farm, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
A wine to be served cold, as an aperitif, with appetizers, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
We think of seafood, a pumpkin risotto, or a nice fresh ricotta with cherry tomatoes.
