Produced at the historic Vignamaggio estate—a Tuscan landmark dating back to the 14th century—this Chianti Classico Riserva is a powerful tribute to the Gherardini family. Crafted primarily from Sangiovese with a small addition of Merlot, the wine undergoes ageing in oak barrels to develop its refined structure and sophisticated character.

In the glass, the wine displays a deep, intense ruby red. The bouquet is complex and layered, offering aromas of ripe black cherries and plums intertwined with elegant notes of tobacco, leather, and a hint of sweet spice.
