Unlike modern mass-produced spirits, it is distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills to ensure absolute purity. The recipe features a unique blend of ten botanicals, including classic juniper and coriander, alongside locally sourced Cornish ingredients that provide a distinctive sense of place.
