This exquisite sparkling wine originates from the Rheinhessen region of Germany, produced by the esteemed Weingut Sander. It is a single-varietal Sekt, crafted entirely from 100% Riesling grapes, and is certified organic.
The Sekt displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a delicate stream of fine bubbles. As a Trocken (dry) style, the palate is crisp, showcasing Riesling's characteristic refreshing acidity, vibrant notes of green apple, lime zest, and wet stone minerality. The texture is clean and the finish is long and invigorating.
