This sophisticated white wine is a single-varietal Vermentino from the MonteRosola estate in Volterra, Tuscany. Grown at 430 metres above sea level, the grapes benefit from the unique blend of clay, sand, and limestone soil, imparting a distinctive minerality.
The wine presents a clear straw yellow colour with youthful green highlights. It offers an elegant and consistent aroma featuring white flowers, grapefruit, pear, and white peach. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, delivering beautiful golden fruit with a pleasing texture and a long, complex finish.
This exceptional vintage has been awarded 92 points by Decanter, highlighting its superior quality. Its crisp character and rich flavour make it an ideal pairing for white fish, seafood, poultry, light pasta dishes, or as an elegant apéritif.
