This magnificent vintage sparkling wine hails from the Alta Langa DOCG in Piedmont, Italy, a region renowned for its traditional method sparklers. This Blanc de Noir is exclusively crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the area's cool, high-altitude hillsides.
A complex wine, it displays a fine and persistent perlage. Having spent extended time on the lees, the nose offers rich, evolved aromas of citrus zest, toasted bread, ginger, and wild berries. The palate is extraordinarily dry, full, and structured, with a vibrant acidity that drives the long, elegant finish.
