En Passant Blanc

Grapes: Vermentino and Viognier.

The pale yellow colour with silvery highlights gives a beautiful clarity. 

The expressive and elegant nose reveals aromas of apple and ripe apricot, accompanied by delicate hints of fresh almond and white flowers that lend finesse and freshness.

On the palate, the fresh grapefruit attack immediately balances a full-bodied, indulgent texture. The round and generous mid-palate then gives way to flavours of green pear, white peach and lime zest that prolong the sensation of freshness.

The deep, lingering finish reveals a particularly interesting chalky texture, typical of the Minervois’ limestone soils.
