Hedonistic honeysuckle on the nose & white peach on the palate with a defining acidity thanks to their wonderful cool climate. Very well structured & moreish.
Delicious on its own as an aperitif or perfect with grilled fish, especially bass, and heavenly with St Marcellin & similar soft cheeses.
