This signature red blend from the Babylonstoren estate in South Africa is named after the farm’s iconic restaurant and represents a masterful fusion of Bordeaux and Rhône styles. The 2024 vintage is a complex marriage of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, with each variety contributing to a wine of exceptional balance and character.
